School Description/Info

A Catholic school in the Holy Cross tradition, Holy Cross High School serves students in grades 9 through 12, and is located at 587 Oronoke Road in Waterbury, Conn. Timothy McDonald is school president, while Jerry Ciarleglio serves as HC’s athletic director.

As noted on the school’s web site, the mission of Holy Cross High School is “to assist in the total Christian education of young men and women. To accomplish this, Holy Cross High School, in cooperation with parents, provides a framework, which fosters integration of the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical and social growth of each individual.”

Athletics Programs

Having won state titles in a number of sports, Holy Cross has a strong athletic tradition and offers students the opportunity to participate in various sports.
