School Description/Info

Torrington High is a public school, serving students in grades 9 through 12, located on Major Besse Drive in Torrington, Conn. Joanne Creedon is school principal, while Michael McKenna serves as Torrington’s athletic director.

As noted on the school’s web site, the mission of Torrington High is to “provide all learners with equal opportunities to acquire the necessary academic and life skills to become productive members of a global society and to demonstrate the civic and social behaviors of responsible citizens.”
